SDK Support Policy
We recommend that you always use the latest version of our SDKs to leverage the latest features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
It is our policy to only provide bug fixes within the latest version of the respective SDK.
While we strive to keep as broad a range of operating system and browser version support as possible, there may be times where it is technically necessary for us to discontinue support for older versions. For example, if an SDK dependency drops support for an older version and we need to upgrade to leverage newer features, then our SDK version support will also change.
Supported operating system versions can be found within the respective Quick Start guides for each SDK.
Deprecation of Legacy Android and iOS SDKs
We would like to inform you that the legacy SDKs will be officially deprecated on 20th August. After this date, no further releases, including bug fixes or new features, will be provided for these legacy SDKs.
Please note that while the legacy SDKs will continue to function for some time even after the deprecation date, we strongly recommend migrating to the latest SDKs to ensure a more predictable and reliable customer experience.
